At the heart of the philosophy of the founder Damiano Carrara is the search for food inclusiveness. All recipes are gluten-free and lactose-free. All production uses rice flour, rice or corn starch.
The line of desserts includes baked cakes and fresh cakes, pralines, single-portion desserts, dragees and spreads (hazelnut, pistachio and almond flavors). For chocolate lovers, exquisite bars (70% dark, Papua New Guinea Latte 204 and White 211) are on sale.
