A new experience of pastry art 

 

Aesthetics, design and taste are three elements that bind each delicacy of the Atelier, which has now become famous throughout Italy. 
 
The pastry shop boasts collaborations with small artisan realities, which supply products at km 0 and of the highest quality. 
 
At the heart of the philosophy of the founder Damiano Carrara is the search for food inclusiveness. All recipes are gluten-free and lactose-free. All production uses rice flour, rice or corn starch. 
 
The line of desserts includes baked cakes and fresh cakes, pralines, single-portion desserts, dragees and spreads (hazelnut, pistachio and almond flavors). For chocolate lovers, exquisite bars (70% dark, Papua New Guinea Latte 204 and White 211) are on sale. The rich offer is completed by jams (with figs and peaches snacks and pink pepper) and jams (with apricot, vanilla, lemon and turmeric flavor). The spearhead of the business is a special fragrance, created by Carrara himself, with vanilla extracts and cinnamon flowers. 
 
The open laboratory intrigues passers-by, who more and more stop to admire the staff intent on preparing desserts.

A dream come true for the famous pastry-chef of both worlds. After opening three businesses in California and becoming a successful face of Discovery TV shows, Carrara decided to return to his hometown by opening his first atelier. 
 
A return home, in the sign of love to the place where it all began and where Damiano found his roots. In short, a return dedicated to enthusiasm and passion. 
 
The pastry shop immediately conquered everyone. A few days after the opening, which took place last October, the front rows were already forming to wait for their turn to enter to taste the goodness of the Atelier.
